If you are not completely satisfied with what you purchased, email us immediately to arrange a return. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in packaged well. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us until you have notified us and are told so. You are required to pay for the items to be delivered back to us. If by any chance you did not, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the original amount of the refund.
There are certain situations when only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. After being approved, your refund will then be processed, and will automatically be store credited, within a certain amount of days. Refunds come in the form of in store credit (as a discount code that can be applied at your next checkout).

Shipping Returns:
To return your product, you should mail your product to 12-322 Cooper St. Ottawa ON, K2P 0G7, Canada. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the returned item does not reach us, we cannot process your request for a refund.
